The products will be delivered through a express courier company within a maximum of 3 working days from the successful placement of the order, anywhere in Romania. If the delivery address is not within the coverage area of ​​the courier company, additional costs are charged (check the list of the courier service).

During the promotional campaigns, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days.

In the case of orders on the Romanian territory, the tariff per package is 17 RON, and in case the amount of a single order is at least 250 RON, the costs of courier delivery of the order are borne by us, except for delivery addresses that are not is within the coverage of the courier company, for which additional costs are charged.

If you are dissatisfied with the product received, ANNA CORI allows you to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the return conditions:

  • The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, not be used, not show signs of wear, impact or dirt, contain all accessories related to the product, be in the original packaging, accompanied by the warranty certificate, invoice and the courier receipt (in original or copy).
  • In case of product return, the customer can choose to return the money (only for online purchases) or request another product, with payment of the difference
  • You can fill out the return request on the site and automatically request a courier.
  • The return can only be made by FAST COURIER, requested by you.

  • If the return conditions are not met, we will not accept the replacement / exchange of the product with another product nor the refund.

The return request is automatically sent to the couriers' system, and they send a courier to pick up the package in no more than 3 working days. You will receive a tracking number and return status by email to your order address.

The transport costs related to sending the return/exchange by you to us are borne by you, they are not reimbursed and start from the amount of 10.12 RON / KG up to 30 RON / KG for the requests made on the website per individual through the Return Request . The return fee may increase depending on the volume and kilograms of the package and depending on the address from which the package is picked up, as additional kilometers may be added if the address is not in the coverage area of the courier service.

Reimbursement of the counter value of the products will be made within 14 days from the date of processing the return, by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form. The shipping fee for orders below 250 Ron is not refunded.

In the case of exchanging products, after the package arrives at our headquarters, the deadline for sending the exchange is 5 working days, and the shipping fee is paid by us for sending the desired product.
For products purchased from physical stores, the customer only has the option of exchanging with another product directly in the store. We do not have the possibility to receive in our premises products purchased from physical stores.

To pick up parcels from outside Romania, from the territory of Europe, the courier cannot be called through the return request on the website, but you need to contact a fast courier company, of your choice, and send the parcel to our headquarters. Regarding picking up parcels outside of Europe, you need to return via the same courier company with which you originally received the parcel. We are unable to pick up parcels from post offices.
If you do not comply with the return conditions, specified above, we will not accept your return.
