Delivery & Return

          Products will be delivered through a courier company within a maximum of 3 business days from the successful placement of the order, anywhere within Romania. If the delivery address is outside the courier company's coverage area, additional charges will apply (please check the courier company's coverage list). During promotional campaigns, the delivery time for orders is up to 5 business days. We are unable to reserve a product in an online order for shipment on a requested future date.

          For orders within Romania, the shipping fee is 17 RON per parcel. For orders with a total value of at least 400 RON, the courier shipping cost is covered by us, except for delivery addresses outside the courier company's coverage area. Orders can also be collected from FANbox pickup points. In the case of orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped from different locations; therefore, delivery times may vary. You will receive an email confirmation and shipping details for each ordered item.

           For international orders, the shipping fee is 25 Euro per parcel. For orders with a total value of at least 100 Euro, the courier delivery costs are covered by us. The delivery time for international orders is between 5 and 7 business days.

          "The consumer, as a natural person, has the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without penalties and without providing any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products." (According to Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, art. 2 letter e, and Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). "Customers" or "consumers" refer exclusively to NATURAL PERSONS. Customers with legal entity status do not have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, as the applicable legislation refers only to natural persons.

          If you are not satisfied with the received product, ANNA CORI allows you to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following return conditions:

  • The returned product must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, without signs of wear, damage, or dirt, must include all accessories related to the product, be in its original packaging, and be accompanied by the warranty certificate and invoice.
  • When returning a product, the customer may choose either a refund of the product value (for online purchases only) or request another product of at least the same value as the returned product, paying any price difference if applicable.
  • An exchange for another product may be made only once, both for purchases made through the online store and for purchases made in physical stores.
  • Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form, within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is processed.
  • You can complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM available on the website and automatically request a courier for orders from Romania, or you may arrange shipment through any courier company of your choice.
  • Returns can only be sent via EXPRESS COURIER arranged by you. We cannot collect parcels from post offices.
  • Parcels must be sent to our headquarters: SC Denis Shoes SRL, Strada Promenadei, no. 8, SUCEAVA, 720018, Romania.
  • You may exchange an online ordered product for a different size or another product directly in ANNA CORI physical stores  (except those located in Suceava and Rădăuți), by paying any price difference. Please inquire about product availability before visiting the store. The product exchanged in-store must comply with the return conditions stated above.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Access annacori.com and go to the Delivery & Returns section.
2. Enter the order number (without "#") and your email address.
3. Select the items you wish to return.
4. Specify the reason for the return and the desired return action.
5. If you would like a refund, select Return Action -> Refund Amount and enter your IBAN in the available field.
Refunds can only be made via bank transfer.
6. If you wish to exchange the item, specify in the comments section the size or product you would like in exchange.
7. Check the box “Call courier to the delivery address from the order”.
8. Click “Submit Return Request”.

          The return request is automatically forwarded to the courier system, and a courier will be dispatched to collect the parcel within a maximum of 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number and return status updates by email at the address associated with your order.

          The shipping costs for sending a return/exchange parcel to us are borne by you, are non-refundable, and start from 10.12 RON/kg up to 30 RON/kg for requests submitted through the website by individuals using the Return Request Form. The return fee may increase depending on the parcel's size, weight, and pickup address, as additional mileage charges may apply if the address is outside the courier company's coverage area.

          The value of the returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is processed, by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form. The shipping fee for orders below 400 RON is non-refundable.

          In the case of product exchanges, once the parcel reaches our headquarters, the exchange product will be shipped within 5 business days. The shipping cost for sending the replacement product is covered by us.

          For products purchased from physical stores, the customer only has the option of exchanging the product for another item directly in-store. We are unable to accept at our headquarters products purchased from physical stores.

          For parcels returned from outside Romania, within Europe, the courier cannot be requested through the return form on the website. You must contact an express courier company of your choice and send the parcel to our headquarters. For parcels returned from outside Europe, the return must be made through the same courier company that originally delivered the parcel. We are unable to collect parcels from post offices.

          If you do not comply with the return conditions stated above, your return will not be accepted.
